VOLUME ONE: RUSH Rush: A form of gameplay that relies on speed and surprise warfare to win. It would be impossible for today to get any shittier. A car came barreling toward us. “RUN!” Adrian shouted. We barely made it to his car before the tires screeched behind us, the unknown vehicle speed behind us. Adrian slammed on the gas. I looked back, dark windows, masked driver. My pulse raced. “Hold on,” Adrian growled. The city blurred past us as we speed through the streets. The other car stayed on us. Then…..BANG. The windshield shattered, I screamed. Adrian swerved violently, glass flying. Another gunshot, we were being hunted.

She heard one of the girls beside her whisper dreamily, cupping her palms and batting her eyelashes stylishly. "Beta?" Ayra raised a brow, her gaze now falling on Devin. "Since when did he become someone important?" She tilted her hip and folded her hands, watching his every move. He stood tall with broad shoulders, his black hair slightly messy as usual. His blue eyes grazed the room, like a predator looking for prey. His gaze eventually landed on Ayra but she looked away in a flash. She didn't want to be caught staring. "Good morning and welcome to today's training. We're starting with 40 pushups. Get to work." He ordered and almost everybody groaned.
