The wolf jumped again towards the Cursed until they were slammed into a tree. Hugo's breath jolted out, his gaze turned angry. Aryadi grunted in front of his enemy's face while sticking his claws into the man's chest. Hugo shouted out once. His body trembled for a moment before yawning and quickly turning into a wolf in red fur. Aryadi the black wolf gave a startled voice. Hugo took advantage of that split second by throwing the wolf Aryadi's body. Aryadi was thrown several fathoms while Hugo stood tall in his form as a wolf proudly.

**Elizabeth's POV** * I looked over at Austin and I met his sights just enough that I felt burned by fire. He was looking at me with a very unfriendly and hostile look in his eyes. Apparently the reason he had stopped the conversation was not to help me, but because he did not want to hear anyone talking about rogue. "Go on!Keep teaching your fucking course!" Austin yelled at the teacher. The teacher shivered with fear. Austin was scarier than Brandon in his eyes. "... The biggest pack in Timber Wolf is currently the black river pack." "In addition to Timber Wolf, there are five other kinds of werewolves. They are Poison Wolf,Giant Wolf,Winged Wolf,Dwarf Wolf,and Fire Wolf."

They only appeared when animals raided and attacked villages for food and fun. The wolves had many packs. Each had their territory that they defended against anyone outside of their pack. Within each pack, there were three different ranks. Typically, there would be two alphas and omegas in each pack. The rest were betas. The female lead is Neoma Harvest, the female Omega of the Harvest pack. Being of the lowest rank, she was not allowed to reproduce. Although she had accepted her role as the pack’s stress ball, ‘fate’ had something else in store for her.

He promised them a future, but how will it hold when there is some sort of illiterates conspiring against him? After a long run, it came in contact with some hefty men who were burgling houses and whipping people nonetheless. Most of them were omega wolves, so they had no guts to stand up to the betas who were leading the resistance. The moment they were in plain sight, Dorian wolf stood firm, rooting its class dip in the earth, and howled out a terrifying sound that sent almost everything packing from the floor. The ground vibrated and shook tremendously like it was undergoing an earthquake.

Alpha Knight ordered for them to form a circle so everyone could face the dozen rogue wolves all around them. There was something about these wolves. Their clothes were tattered, moldy and stained in places. Their eyes were red and distant, yet held cruelty. They all were Japanese by the looks of it and smelled like wolves. But there was something else. Something none of them could pinpoint yet. ‘Olive, you be careful,’ Wayne warned in their mindlink. She was facing the other way, her fists already bared ready in defense.

Pulling up my phone, I texted Silas. ‘I might do some meddling with the fates.’ Once I sent it, I set my phone down and turned it on silent. “So how do we start?” Charles asked and I smiled. Taking a deep breath, I looked past the two of them. “Charles, how familiar are you with Omegas?” Sam froze for a second and looked at Charles. Charles closed his eyes for a moment and crossed his arms. “I am aware there are four main genes of wolves, as well as hodgepodge of just garden variety wolves.” I laughed at his analogy but let him continue. “You have Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Omega. Everyone else that doesn’t fall into that ends up being just normal.”

We shared meat roasted over open flames, the fats and juices staining our hands, the scent of the kill a grounding reminder of our place in the food chain. The peace was interrupted by a group of wolves emerging from the northern shadows. They were the "Wild Ones," a rogue pack that had spent the corporate era hiding in the frozen tundras, never touched by the triage or the stars. Their leader, a scarred Alpha named Garen, stepped into the firelight, his fur a matted, rusty brown, his eyes a piercing, lightless yellow.

I reminded her, as she hadn't answered that particular question yet. "My-my-my wolf," she stammered. "Non-ranked Wolves don't talk," I sneered at her, knowing that only Alphas, Betas and Gammas have that ability. Not to mention that I knew exactly who the ranked Wolves were in my pack. "Mine does," she answered. "Her name is Calliope." What? How did that happen? Omegas didn't have wolves. Only the warrior class and ranked wolves did. If she had a wolf, then she certainly wasn't an Omega. Only Alphas and some ranked wolves spoke to their wolves. So what was she?

Once I got a good leverage on them, my Beta helped wipe the rest of them out. Leo’s wolf was also large, but I was much bigger. We both had razor-sharp teeth and piercing yellow eyes. My wolf was all black and his wolf was dark grey. Most of my pack were black or grey wolves. Omegas typically had light grey wolves and Alpha’s typically had black ones. All the others usually had dark grey, but sometimes they had brown or orange as well.
