The waterfall roared louder than usual, but a rancid smell overpowered the usual scent of roses. Rogues were waiting for her, not Xavier. One of them was the unkempt man from the market. Rose readied herself, then she felt him. Xavier, running flat out, drawn by the bond. He burst into the clearing, eyes blazing. “Rose, run!” “No, we fight together.” Then the wild roses moved like a living thing. They had always grown thick here, but tonight they came alive. Vines wrapped her ankles, thorns gentle against her skin, petals brushing her face.

And since he was very tall, Layla was almost lifted off the ground. "E-Eric… let go… I can't breathe…" Eric looked down at her, his handsome face gradually souring. “I'll go get more drinks.” Rose announced as she stepped foot inside her kitchen and walking by the refrigerator. She opened it and already took out few numbers of canned soft drinks and beers. She was excited and happy. It wasn't everyday that her home was crowded with lots of people she didn't know. Today was Azazel's birthday and Rose had taken it upon herself to make today a special day for Azazel. Even though it might look like she was trying too hard but she knew she had to for appearances but also because she wanted to do this much for Azazel.

He walked toward the window, grabbed a stick of weed from one of the tables, lit it, and started smoking. Rose becomes absolutely purple from embarrassment. For the primary time, she understood how unsightly human beings need to experience. She had never been neglected by way of any guy earlier than. They begged for her interest. Particularly those involving infrastructure and strategic planning.” Mason looked startled. “That’s… unusual.”
