I lashed out, scratching down the face of one of the wolves as they tried to move in for my throat, sending them sprawling back into the dirt with a yowl of pain. I ducked to the side of the darkest wolf, narrowly missing their teeth and slashing my nails along their side, ripping the skin open. The scent of blood permeated the air, thickening it and encouraging my wolf further. Adrenaline rushed through my body, and my vision seemed to clear and slow, zooming in as the smallest wolf slipped from the group. A deep growl ripped from my throat as the female rogue made their way for the house quickly, limping from a bite I had managed to land on their front leg.

There was a carving of a wolf and a baby and another with a wolf and a little girl and the last one she was still working on had a wolf and a young lady, if looked closely you would see that these drawings looked alike in appearance both the girls and the wolves. “ you drew all these?” “Yea, h I can't remember where I learned how to nor where I saw these images” I took the drawings and stared at them for a while and realized it was a trilogy, the different stages of both their lives like they were growing together.

Taking a deep breath, Lani continued inking his skin with gentle movements. Content with her work, Lani smiled. She'd finally finished the design she'd imagined in her head. I’ll start over—it’s OK.” “Maybe I’ll get naked and you can do my portrait.”

'Don't worry Ruby, my name is Roxane, Roxs as you like calling me; your wolf. I came back just for you.' She explains ignoring my question. Her revelation excites me hence I ignore my question too. “My wolf? Really.” I ask, smiling. 'Yes darling, and I'm going to restore the memories you need. I really missed you.' Sky states. 'All you need to do is to accept me in.' She explains.

I laughed as I looked at the image of the snow demon. Both visions disappeared and the image of my she-wolf remained in front of me. So she was talking to me? The she-wolf turned her head to one side and there appeared the image of the black wolf Michael in animal essence. He looked at my moon, not tearing his fiery gaze. But the moon turned away in the opposite direction, where the image of the snow demon, Marun, appeared. He was also in his true essence as a demonic beast. The white wolf also looked intently into the eyes of my she-wolf. There was snow in his eyes. The moon turned away from him in my direction, thereby making it clear that it was still up to me to choose.
