He closed the door behind him carefully.
"Give me the brief, Gerald," I said, my voice dropping in a flat tone.
"Marcus just called from Manhattan, sir," Gerald said, adjusting his earpiece. "Satellite server breach. Not a random hack. Tokyo Holdings is querying our archives."
My jaw tightened. A sharp pain shot up my temple.
"Which partition?" I growled.
"Seven-year archive," Gerald reported, his voice crisp and military. "Target files: Sterling family assets."
