Their heads were sensor clusters glowing with a singular red eye. Their right arms ended in rotary cannons. Their left arms were anti-riot shock prods, crackling with enough electricity to jumpstart a city. "Titans!" Ben screamed, his voice muffled by the mask. "We can't fight those! Small arms are useless!" The Titans stepped onto the maintenance rails. They didn't need to walk the bridge; they had magnetic clamps on their boots. They walked heavily along the walls, flanking the team, their cannons spinning up with a sound like tearing canvas.

the Titan said. It reached out with its remaining hand. I gripped the knife. But before it could grab me, the grate beneath us groaned. The impact had damaged the structural integrity. The star-metal beams were bending. SNAP. A bolt the size of a bucket popped loose. The section of the grate under the Titan tilted. The creature scrabbled for purchase. Its iron fingers sparked on the metal. It looked at me. "Error," it said. Then it slid. It fell through the gap in the grate.

Katia pleaded “how unfortunate, but I have sworn never to let him find joy and peace, my personal curse on him. He can only have fond memories of me and no one else" I replied "I'm really sorry Katia" I was saying when one of the person holding Katia fell to the ground with his head missing. "Now!!!" I heard Titan scream as he caught the neck of the other one and ripped it off but four more persons showed up out of nowhere. I even found myself very impressed and full of admiration. the Titan I once knew is very different from the man fighting before me. Titan killed another just as he heard Katia scream again, when he turned he saw two men holding her again “stupid girl” I heard him cuss.

I should’ve just stayed buried there all night. Getting up, I throw on a pair of grey sweats, and walk out into the main room. Titan is leaning against the bar with a drink in his hand, back to me. Even from here I can see the fresh scratches all over his shoulders and back, some of them still bleeding. “You fucked her,” I snap, walking straight over. Titan turns with a lazy grin. “Oh come on. He pushed her out of the room and I saw you go after him. Seemed only fair she got properly railed.”

Sometimes NOT LOSING is what takes the players to give their all and change the whole game in their favour. For the T team to give up, Amaryllis unhesitatingly won the fourth set with flying points. The crowd erupted in major shouts and yells and the members of Amaryllis team were busy throwing themselves at each other. Monroe, Sasha jumped right up from their seats, shouting till their voice became groggy. Jeremy and Roy had silently enjoyed the dramatical match and when their college team won, words didn't come out of their throats. Jeremy had two thin lines of hot tears trailing down his soft cheeks too.

"Didn't I tell you, you're a disappointment to everybody, a fucking burden, and am glad that British finally figured it out, and oh, am sorry you would be ditched in the end again.... just kidding am not..." Immediately I read that bullshit that would make anyone's heart sink, I played the voice note after hesitating for a while, and I really wish I didn't, cause I wouldn't have heard the familiar voice, and wouldn't have heard his words "Elias is coping, but am literally stressed out"

Alpha Nick looks over at Alpha Jax looking perplexed and trying to recall what rule 12 was. “what’s rule 12?” I look him straight in the eyes “rule 12 is you have to run 100 miles, and train with me the rest of the day, and if you can’t complete that then I can beat the shit out of you for requesting me to join you in your room.” “What if I complete it?” I start laughing and so does everyone else but him. I wipe my face from my tears and smile at him “Oh you think YOU can complete MY training?” Jax and I look at one another and I nod my head. Jax looks at Nick “I bet you, you can’t. Even I can’t and everyone here can’t. So do you want to bet?” Nick looks at me in my eyes.

One damn point. The Titans started strong — brutal, focused, and unstoppable. From the first whistle, they didn’t come to play safe. They came hard, racking up points before the other team could even catch their breath. It had everyone hyped. Me included. We all thought this would be an easy win. A clean wrap-up. But then the other team pushed back with every drive, every play, and every damn inch. They closed the gap, stacked the points, and now they’re sitting at twenty-five.

He pressed onto his head and said, “Kneel!” Colton was stubborn. How could he kneel just like this? He yelled, “You do it if you want to. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with you. He’s just a penniless fool and you’re kneeling for him. I can’t embarrass myself like this. The Berkshires can’t embarrass themselves like this!” Titus started to panic. Flames of anger erupted from his chest as he roared to Colton, “What do you know? Do you know who he is? Do you know how the Berkshires became a second-tier family?”
