I’m a high-ranking Silvermoon Alpha, thank you very much.” “Are you actually serious?” “I am.” Lilith resigned. “Fine. I’ve heard all about what happened to you in the Alliance. And since you’ve watered me with so much spirit spring water, I can help you… but only a little.”

It was closed, with no title, but a symbol was tooled into its cover—the same symbol from the bone resonator: the wolf unraveling into a spiral. He approached it with a reverence that felt out of place in the violated chamber. He did not touch it. “It’s a Weaver’s Grimoire. Warded to the bloodline. He could not open it. He could not even move it.” He looked at me, his gaze intense. “It will only respond to you.”

she muttered, her eyes fixed on the book which was so dusty and crisped. Quickly, Lilia sat on her bed and flipped through the first page, her curious eyes glanced through each word. This book was a gift bestowed on her on her ninth birthday by Mama Gunad, the book that contains the legendary story of the cursed werewolf no human has ever laid eyes on. With a racing heart, Lilia flipped through each page as the first three pages failed to mention the name of the werewolf.
