“You know what? Forget about the girls here. If Willow gets back and sees that you called in a full squad, she’s going to lose her shit.” Oh, it’ll definitely be mutual. I have a mind to put a handcuff on her and have her tethered to me. “Hello? Can you hear me?!” Violet steps in front of me, getting right in my face. No one ever dares to get that close to me. But she does. She’s tall for a girl and her eyes are a pitch black color, like a moonless night sky. Is that vanilla perfume she’s wearing? “Get out of my way.” I furrow my brows at her. “Don’t let me make you.”

She loathed him! But this man had unknowingly pried open the door to her heart and moved right in, making her care about him in a mysterious way. It was an uncomfortable feeling. Violet tightened her grip on the gun and attacked Carl. But just as Violet approached Carl, dozens of guns were pointed at her. Violet let out a bitter smile. She broke into the Walker residence with a determination to die alongside Whitney. Suddenly, white powder was scattered from Violet's hand. She quickly bent down, evading the incoming bullets. She intended to shoot Carl, but he dodged swiftly.

It suddenly surged faster in the shrub, probably because it was closer to the smaller bug in Violet's earring. "Violet" Layla called out, looking around anxiously. Vivian hesitated, and rather awkwardly she called out too. Butterfly wasn't moving anymore from the indicator on my phone. "She's here! " Layla cried out, a hint of relief laced in her voice. I hurried over to where she was. Violet lay there breathing softly but unconscious in her muddy dress. Her whole self was in a mess and a bright purple patch was on her left ankle, definitely a twist.

"Oh. Marcus Hale's office just called back. They had a cancellation. Can you be there in an hour?" I looked at her. At my fierce, loyal, perfect best friend. "Yes," I said. "Let's go destroy them." The elevator doors opened to the lobby. Miguel looked up, saw my face, and quickly looked away. Smart man. Because Violet Carter was done being the victim. Violet Carter was going to war.

There was a brief silence that followed, before Naya stepped into the room with a polite smile. "Now back to where we left off…" A few more minutes pass with the two chatting leisurely. Violet enjoyed Naya's company very much. She was incredibly friendly and this motherly effect, but beneath it all Violet didn't fail to notice that the woman who laughed and talked with her, was a very powerful werewolf. It'd be foolish to get on her bad side. Ever. "I'll leave you to rest now while I go inform the alpha Xavier that you're awake." At the mention of Xavier's name, a surge of butterflies swims through Violet's tummy. Naya smiled at her and turned to leave.

*Violets POV* As I woke up, my eyes opened to a new place. I had no memory of my past life or of my father. I could not remember anything. All I knew was that I had been stabbed; I could tell from the wound in my chest. It had been healed, but I still had a scar.

Nothing was going to stop her today. "Of course, I'm the hell raiser remember" She said with a hint of her seductive edge that makes her who she is now. Cassandra reached for the door but it swung open itself. A female vampire in a beautiful light purple gown dashed by them using immortal speed. Cassandra didn't recognize her and proceeded to stroll in with Kellan close behind.

She's the chosen one so she'd naturally feel attached to our species without even knowing. "Uhm, do you want me to set up a bed for you?" She asked me. "I wouldn't be sleeping." "So you're just going to sit there and watch me sleep?" "Basically. Or I could lay on the bed with you if you'd like." I shot her a smirk knowing full well what effect it had on her. Vampires could sense pretty well human emotions. She took a dazed glance at my lips then refocused back on my eyes. "N-no there would be more than fine." With that, she hopped on her bed and grabbed her laptop making me frown while watching her silently.

Violet accepted her fate as her body went limp. But as she slowly closed her eyes, something happened. The water around her shimmered, and she saw something. A full moon, bright and beautiful, hanging in the night sky. It was so big. A howl echoed in her ears, filling her with a strange sense of calm. It was as if the moon was calling to her, asking her to hang on. But soon it slipped away, just like the air in her lungs. The howl fades into silence, and Violet could feel her heartbeat leaving too.

Laura said. "Then let's go, and please drive slowly towards the mansion, my lovely driver. I may need the ride later," Violet said as she exited the limo. "I will, ma'am," he replied. Dylan took Leah's hand in his, and they all started walking towards the gate that led to the mansion. On the way, he assisted Leah in singing the songs she desired, which made many of them laugh and join in on the fun. Violet laughed as Leah sang, and she appears to be much more relaxed and at ease now. Violet was a complicated woman, wasn't she?
