Fennel and Philip looked at each other before walking toward the manor’s entrance. Suddenly, ten burly men with tattoos all over their bodies rushed out of the manor. They were outrageously stout like gorillas! Fennel and Philip stopped at the same time. The former stared coldly at the ten burly men rushing out and said softly, “Be careful. These ten people are the Hellhounds of the Hall of Evil, the top ten killing machines under the Dark Angels. Their combat level should be between the third and fourth zones. Although it’s not particularly high, their bodies have undergone special transformations. Once their power is fully unleashed, they can reach the peak strength of the fourth zone!”

“I stay alive for my pack. Is that not enough?” Bloodhound Pack. My Pack. We are not a large group of people but that's only because there's no need for us to be. We are vicious killers, people who have spent many years training for a moment in the world when it shows its weakness and we take forceful charge of the entire council, subduing others to our will.

We dug our sharp claws into the stone, making our way up quickly and efficiently, stopping at a plateau partway up. Resting on the ledge, looking over the forested land, was a she-wolf with thick, dark-brown fur and icy-blue eyes. The three of us instantly surrounded her as she got up onto her four legs, turning to face us. She slowly moved her head, making eye contact with each of us one by one, her face emotionless.

I couldn't help imagining them as maybe commanders and generals when they were alive, or maybe doctors or nurses. Someone that protected life, or saved lives, then did something terrible before they died and then transformed into demon wolves to serve as warriors and guards in hell. It had to be the most...ironic ending, but to me it wasn't. They had gone from protectors and saviors to saviors still, but a more dangerous type. I definitely knew that the way I saw them had changed, they seemed a little more..pitiful to me now. The next several pages were all about the different cities in hell, and what to expect from each city, the creatures that dwelled there, the habitats they all lived in,

He scratched his scruff before turning his attention to Maddox. “This is Fury. He’s right about thirteen years old. Hellhounds reach maturity at ten years.
