One of the wolves, a slightly larger, black one, begins to transform, his body contorting rapidly while he stands upright, black fur melting away to be replaced by skin—human, naked skin.

I let out a final, ear piercing howl, and then I was gone, running into the night with no control over my actions. The silvery moonlight illuminated my path, casting an ethereal glow over the landscape as I disappeared into the darkness.

This was exactly what they had anticipated. Suddenly, the werewolf monster underwent another transformation. The change was incredibly swift. Initially standing at around two meters tall, its height visibly increased before their eyes. It grew from two meters to three, then to four, and continued stretching until it reached nearly ten meters before halting. Its claws, now gleaming with a metallic sheen, had transformed into curved blades. Boom! A thunderous explosion echoed as blue flames erupted from its mouth. Simultaneously, the hollow eyes burst into flames, billowing upwards.

Selene started, but her voice faltered as she saw the transformation begin. His eyes, once warm and familiar, turned a glowing amber. His muscles rippled, expanding, and his skin seemed to stretch and tear as thick fur began to sprout from his body. His once-human features contorted into something primal and wild.
