After eating lunch, half of the witches leave the mansion and teleport themselves to the pack house and other locations to escort them to the mansion. When they reached there, alphas with their warriors and beta were already waiting for them. Emma has divided the work between witches who had stayed at the mansion to help her, one group will look after the food arrangement, the second group will look after the staying arrangement, 3rd the third group will look after the stock arrangement that they need while they and others were here, and the remaining will help her with meeting halls.

Her heavy footsteps walk across the room and start going down the stairs. Ivan immediately regrets and goes to seek shelter with Gawain. They hide behind barrels sacks of flour that were stored under the stairs. The witch arrives in the room, she was a wrinkled old woman wearing poor clothes and full of warts. She stretches while yawning. When the witch stretches, her hump disappears, and when she yawns her teeth line up. The witch then rubs her eyes, making all her wrinkles and warts disappear. Finally, she dusts her clothes and the clothes become new and ornate as if she's always been there under the dust.

The intruders were many and their scents were masked so I could barely tell who they were or where they came from. A huge fight had broken out, but the intruders were gaining the upper hand, I caught sight of a group of witches chanting a spell to weaken our wolves and I flew towards them immediately. Not many witches can fly and since they were still on the ground, I was sure that they were not witches of higher rank. Meaning they were no match for me. I secured our pack house to protect the Omegas and the children who couldn't fight then I removed their spell from the wolves.

But if the spells do not still agree with the werewolf, it would still turn them away. A witch would not only smell it, but see it too. Because the spells were cast by the witches. Not just any witch. But the ones from the Onwa Clan, which is the moon clan. And since the spells were from the Onwa clan, any witch from that clan could not only see or smell the spell. They could feel it, and touch it. Just like I was running my fingers across the blue strings of smoky light that now filled my car. I smiled as it burst, sending cool force through my hair, as it left my car. Even if it had left, I could still feel the evidence of it's presence around me.
