Today, my day went quite smoothly, though I must admit I felt a bit nervous as I spoke. Recently, I've been feeling especially anxious and kept some things to myself. I truly believe that once I propose, everything will fall into place, and I won't feel so nervous anymore.

Every year of loving a child who had come to them already carrying something they couldn't name. Worth it. All of it. Every ordinary, extraordinary day.

Snacks count but coffee does not. • Walk at least 30 minutes a day. No excuses. • Vitamin C. Every day. I will ask. MENTAL HEALTH / SANITY • Journal every morning. Even if it’s just “I hate everyone.” • No doom scrolling. You deleted the apps for a reason.

’’ Justin uttered and I do not know what to say anymore and I can’t focus neither to answer him and end up just nodding to him. This is so freaking tiring. This day sucks. I mean, all of my days sucks. My life sucks.

She don't have the courage to do so. "Should we go in the street and beg people for money instead, Bea?" Talking to herself. Everything is tiring and draining for her. She checked her phone when she heard a notification sound. 'Alphabette and others have birthdays today! Send them birthday greetings now...' "What?" She immediately checks the calendar and found that today is her friend's birthday. She can't believe that she forgot her special day. Fortunately, there's a social media that reminds us. She was about to dial Alphabette and greet her with a happy birthday when she remembered the last time she visited their house.
