Maybe if it's an emergency, it's nothing but asking for help from our closest neighbors. Telling stories and discussing about neighbors, living in housing is definitely not like we live socially in big cities or even in villages. Living in housing can be said to be easy and difficult. Some of them like to live in groups or gangs. Some of them do not like to socialize and tend to be alone. Just like me, who is said to prefer being the type of housewife.

I felt so small compared to them when they shone down. "How about something weird like...someone dying?" I suggested. "Someone dying?" She sputtered, half-amused, half-concerned. "Like, someone from school? Why? Are you planning something?" I scoffed. "Don't be ridiculous."

She was spending the whole weekend lying in front of the air con and talking to Luan about random things, so pretty much-doing nothing at all. She liked that a lot as it made her feel relaxed and at peace. She had been really busy and stressed but at the same time, she was feeling relaxed because there was no drama in her life anymore and she was living her life the way she had always wanted to.

Looking around her room, clothes and books scattered on the floor and her bed. “Sorry about the mess.” Elena said, walking past me. “Lucas said you lived alone, who are those girls downstairs?” I asked, picking up a book from the floor. “Uuuhmmm.” Elena hummed, folding her clothes. “Elena?” I called out to her walking closer to her. “No one is supposed to know I live here with them.They let me live here because I needed a place and they proposed an offer to let me stay with them.” Elena said, wiping away a tear.

If I’d been capable of regular human connections, I’d probably used one of the vines to hang myself with. “Not given it much thought. I see. What have you been thinking about, if you don’t mind me asking?” “Oh, you know... what we’ll do after this, how we’ll survive. Finding food, finding a place to stay, somewhere to sleep. We really don’t have anything sorted.”
