The hard reality caught up with me and without thinking, I got up from where I was, taking my handbag with me and without looking back, I headed to the door then stopped abruptly, “I, Edna Whitney, accept your rejection as your mate. No bond binds us together anymore!” I courageously voiced out causing everyone to laugh at me and before I knew it, everyone was already near me, ready to beat me. But that wouldn't happen today. I wouldn't allow them to continue with that! I made up my mind eventually. “What do you think you are doing?
