A menacing growl filled the air and several men in camouflage started to hunch over before loud, spine shivering cracking started. "Go Nibs! Now!" Hope pushed me toward the tree line before running towards a group of men in camouflage struggling against some men in black. I weaved through the battlefield once more, blood trickling down my leg and dripping steadily as I made my way back to the edge of the clearing.

After all, jumping from window to window would be a lot faster than going down and up a flight of stairs. There were two games that Zen knew were good options to train his running skills. Runa successfully passed through another pack without being discovered. Her paws felt like they were going to fall off. She was not sure of where she was but she did notice snow on the ground, she must be closer to her destination by now. Six hours of non-stop running, she decided to rest for a minute. She found a half frozen stream and saturated her burning throat.

I have to escape! I do the only thing that comes to my mind: I run.

Talia mumbled, “Are you serious? You’re a man, but you don’t have a driving license?” Kayson said helplessly, “I came from a small village. We don’t use cars over there. Besides, if I’m really pressed for time, I can even run faster than a car.” Talia was rendered speechless. “Oh please, stop bragging. Do you know how fast a car can go on a highway? 74.56 MPH! If you can run faster than a car, then you aren’t a human anymore.” Kayson thought for a moment and said in a serious manner, “I can’t keep it up for a long time, but if it’s just for a short amount of time, I can run even faster than that.”

It would take only a small misstep to enter a world of pain because the area was peppered with dangerous foxholes, not all of them natural. She ghosted through the woods on paths marked only in the map of her mind, a labyrinth for the uninitiated. She practiced her escape route with single-minded intensity because, one day, her life might depend on it.

6: Halfway to the bungalow Jim’s lungs were burning and his legs shook. He stopped and bent forward with his hands on his knees, trying to catch his breath. He was more out of shape than he realised.
