I still refuse to believe any of this is happening. It’s pointless, too, because Samael will remain optimistic. Weeks pass as Samael and I continue to rebuild his vehicle. However, lately, I’ve noticed that he’s been a bit distracted. Unfortunately, I discover why when there’s a loud knock on my apartment door in the middle of a dark and rainy night.
