He mulled things over while tamping down the violence and desire stirred up by the Drakeller technique. "Ashton Gray!" Suddenly, a sharp shout cut through the night. Not far from Lakeview Heights, Sally strode forth with a dozen people in tow. She wore denim short-shorts and a cropped cardigan that showed her midriff. She stood in Ashton's path. "It's you?" Ashton was surprised to see her in all her five-feet-nine glory. What did this piece of eye candy want with him now?

I was down to the car and looked back only to see her walking behind me. I gently sat in the back seat while Seth drove off behind two cars. One was carrying Amelia's dead body and the others were full of guards. I looked through the window the whole time till she got to the border between the Paxon pack and the Crescent pack. I told Seth and the other drivers to stop while I got down and checked around. A few minutes later, I got back into the car and we drove off straight to the Paxon pack house. All this while we were going to the Paxon pack, Elena had been staring at her phone like someone was going to come out and wake Amelia up.

Silas said rubbing the back of his neck. “And your father is right.” A deep voice spoke. “Whoa!” Silas and Marco said leaning their heads back to look up at the 7 foot 4, 400 lb. wall of muscle smirking down at them. “I’m Royal Delta General Shadow Collins; this is my mate Royal Delta General Jennifer Collins.” He introduced himself and his mate. “Hi, I’m Royal Beta Jyden Hunt.” He greeted them. “Those two over there are the Shadow Twins, Spyder and Spencer Collins, Delta Warriors, and part of the Queens Royal Guards.”
