Smells like wet wolf in here. Then I heard another eerie painful groan. I forced myself to step further down and gave the door behind me one last look, making sure it’s wide opened, just in case i need to run out of this creepy place. My mouth fell to the floor when i saw cages all over the room, most of them empty. But there is one that’s occupied with a naked chained man who is laying on the floor. “The intruder!” I thought to myself. His head is down as his body slightly shakes from the pain. I took another step closer and noticed the silver chains around his torso, ankles, arms, and neck. It clears what’s causing him to be this tortured. Silver is one of the few weaknesses of werewolves.

Her sarcasm thick as she helped me forward. "I've been alive for many years, child. This isn't my first time," Sadie gave us a small smile. Anais quickly darted forward when the metal door opened with a screech. Her figure disappeared into the dark halls of the dungeon and we all followed in. Lanterns had been lit against the old stone walls, creating eerie shadows against the floors. Large metal structures filled the room. Silver bars and floors for keeping a wolf at bay. The thought makes my skin crawl.

They didn't stop though, they kept riding hard on their horses away from the fortress. Just before they got to the Blade lake river, they heard the howl once more and a big black wolf leaped out of the woods, the wolf ripped off the head of one of the guards and disappeared into the woods again- leaving the guard headless on the floor with his horse running off into the dark. They didn't stop riding hard, they kept fleeing while shooting arrows in every direction- hoping to hit the strange beast with their arrows.

Their leader is a black wolf with blue eyes, and he wants to stand on the high cliff and declare war on his opponent. The Red Wolve did not dare to stop but only dared to lean to the side. Wolves usually have gray and yellow fur, but with wolves having white, black, and red fur is very special. The black wolf that received the order to distract Windy was just a wolf with yellow fur because to distract the opponent, he disguised himself to look like Ezra.

There was a tale passed through generations, reaching the 21st Century, about a group of werewolves’ special mutation that brings out dormant abilities from a family’s genetic line. They were said to be marked and blessed by the moon goddess for they were the first of her followers. They were given the title of Legacy Wolves, keeping up their tradition and passing on their special traits through their children.

It wasn't abnormal for rogues to roam around the country, but most of them would find a place they liked and settle down. Yet, all the wolves I had come across over the past week had different inflections in the way they spoke, as if they were all traveling from a different location. It didn't escape my notice that they were all moving west. Besides the four wolves who had gone to the cabin, none of the others had ever backtracked. They were trying to get somewhere, and there were a lot of them too. What did they know that I didn't? A gust of wind sent the smell of their fire to me, and I wormed my way closer, masked by the smoke.

With the amount of wolves he had come in contact with, he lost a lot of his life force and this got him so weak but he didn't stop fighting until he couldn't face them anymore. Falling on his back, he tried to raise his finger but he was too weak to do that. He also found it hard to breathe as he found his life flashing in front of him. Taking this as an opportunity, the rogues carried him to Karen's Kingdom and he was thrown into the dungeon. He tried to fight the wolves off to gain his freedom once more but since they were stronger than he was, he was quickly overpowered. *** The dungeon where he was thrown into was built with silver and wolfsbane. And immediately felt my blood turn cold. The dungeon. The scent trail led directly to the dungeon. My heart stopped. For one horrifying second, I couldn't move. Then I exploded forward. The dungeon entrance was locked from the inside. I slammed my wolf body against it. Once. The door cracked. Twice. The hinges screamed. The third impact shattered everything. Wood exploded inward. I charged into the underground prison. The narrow tunnel barely fit my massive wolf form. I nearly smashed through the walls trying to reach them. Then I saw them.

A rustle of snow. A shadow moved. Then— A lone wolf stepped out of the darkness. Massive. Black fur. Eyes glowing silver. Rylan stiffened instantly. “Not possible.” Kade swore. “That can’t be—” Lyra’s heartbeat tripped. The wolf lowered its head… in a bow. “What is that?” she whispered. Rylan’s voice was barely human. “A sentinel.” Lyra’s breath caught. Sentinels were ancient wolves said to serve only one bloodline—one house. A house believed extinct.

Selene's expression hardened as she prepared to respond, but before she could speak, the growl intensified, shaking the very ground beneath them. "We need to leave! Now!" Jason urged, pulling Emily closer as the crowd began to disperse in panic. But before they could move, a figure emerged from the shadows, blocking their path. The moonlight revealed a massive wolf, larger than any they had ever seen, its eyes glowing like embers. The air thickened with tension, and Emily's heart raced as she recognized the danger that lay ahead. "Stay back!" Selene warned, stepping forward. "This isn't just any wolf. It's a harbinger of the chaos to come!"
