Now shaking violently, she let out a prolonged scream. Like a fission bomb, strong waves broke out of her and exploded in the park, pushing everything and everyone from their position, and throwing them to different places. She screamed ceaselessly for close to a minute as her rage kept growing. Both creatures and humans bled through their ears at the sound of the sonic scream. The sonic scream was powerful enough that it burst the vampires that heard it and weakened the humans who heard it, making some humans swoon.

All of a sudden some bikers came forward from behind them and drove past me as they were now surrounding me with their bikes, roaring the engine to scare me. "I didn't know that cats are this clever to play with those kinds of toys."The Scar face said all of a sudden, getting into the conversation. Oh, I forget he speaks. He looks good when he keeps his mouth shut because whenever he speaks up it doesn't help at all. In fact his voice and presence sucks up your confidence leaving you stammering. "That shouldn't bother you." I said looking direct in his eyes but when he raised his bruised eyebrow at me,I started to blink several times and quickly diverted my gaze away from him.

When the shirtless man grew closer, Gregg could see two large lightning bolt tattoos on each side of the man’s six-pack abdomen. Gregg could now see the dark figure. It was a man with white makeup on his face, along with what appeared to be black eyeshadow. The man had his pitch-black long hair tied up into a ponytail, and it looked like he had blood painted across his broad shoulders. The white makeup made the man look like Jared Leto’s Joker from the Snyder Cut Justice League. Gregg felt helpless while looking up at this shirtless, sweaty mass of raw muscle who was towering over him, holding a shiny long antique battle-ax in his left hand. Gregg recognized the man’s face through the white

with each word, the squeaking sound of a finger could be heard but the howl was louder, the monster burst out laughing, his laughs were maniac and sinner. Oh, how much he loved their screams, he wanted more, more, more and mo… “Boss!" His divertissement had been rubbled. Damien Martinez soughed with his shoulders dropping as he slowly turned to find the bastard bold enough to disturb his fun. His movements were soft at first but in a sprint, the bastard was at gunpoint. He immediately lift his hands in a surrendering manner, his lips parted as a light gasp escaped. Damien chuckled sanguinarily.

“Don’t tell anyone what you just saw here…” A loud, broken scream came from my throat—a scream of crying and fury, a scream of pain and sadness, a scream of disappointment, and my heart breaking into a thousand pieces. The scream was so loud and so terrifying that even the bats hidden in the treetops around the mansion took flight and fled.

I snap and move back, in a single movement one of them pinned me to an iron pole close to the road and I wince a little in pain. "what.... what..ahhahhhhhhhhhhh " the one who was pinning me early scream even more and so was the others. I quickly shape shifted into a bat and flew off abandoning them behind.

Diana screams chasing me likewise. Guess some things just never change.

The scream started as a laugh. Not human. Not sane. It came from the smallest figure in the room—one of the pages who fetched water and ink. Forgettable. Brown hair. Thin wrists. Her presence was so unremarkable that most people never looked twice. But now she laughed. Her body convulsed. Her spine arched. An oily shimmer rippled across her skin as though something underneath was pushing out. “Talia,” Lucian said under his breath. “Behind me.”

I look like I’m wearing a fucking nightie, and now I’m about to walk into a bar filled with a bunch of bikers. At least the place should be dark. Maybe I can just sneak in and quietly ask the bartender for help without anyone noticing me. I take a deep breath and square my shoulders. Mustn’t let them smell fear after all. When I open the door and the loud music comes crashing to an eerily quiet halt, I see a crowd of very large men staring at me. It’s dogs, you dumbass!, I silently scream at myself. Never let dogs smell fear!
