Alpha Dean

Alpha Dean

Lisa pov.. I sat there, watching Drake as he continued to drink, as if I wasn't even in front of him. "So, do you accept my deal?" I asked him. He stopped drinking and stared at me. "I really don't understand what you're trying to say. You want me to do the same process as before? At first, it was easy, but now I think it will be difficult. Dean will never let me go near his Luna, and whatever you're planning, it won't work this time."

Return of the Nameless Alpha

Return of the Nameless Alpha

A low, dry laugh drifts in from the doorway, and every head in the room turns toward it. Ronan leans against the frame with one shoulder, sandy hair pushed back from his forehead in the careless way that takes him ten minutes in front of a mirror to fake, a heavy silver lighter turning end over end between two fingers. The burn scar along his forearm shows pale against the rolled cuff of his sleeve, the same scar he's had since the night five years ago when he tried to stop a ritual he had no power to stop. "The big bad Vane brothers, out maneuvered by a human lawyer." He says it light, easy, the practiced tone he's used on every hard conversation in this family since he learned to talk.

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

A promise. "We did it," Ronan said, his voice a low rumble that fit perfectly into the new quiet. He leaned on his axe, not because he was tired, but just to feel the solidity of it. "We did," Elara said, but her healer’s eyes were on the children. Lyra was leaning heavily against Liora’s leg, her brave little song still hanging in the air around her. Kael was asleep in Ashiel’s arms, his small face peaceful, his job of anchoring done for now.

Worth Fighting For

Worth Fighting For

“We are looking into hires right now, but make sure you stay by your phone just in case we need to call you in.” “I understand,” Levi agreed. “Good,” Ronan responded, sounding exhausted. Ronan caught him up on a couple more minor issues and promised solutions by tomorrow morning. He was grateful for his best friend and his work ethic, it made him feel very comfortable leaving his duties in his hands for a few days. Levi was going to give him a break after all this is over with. “What are you going to do about the full moon in two days?” Laurence asked out of the blue.

I really like this book. It's very interesting and well written. However its ridiculously expensive. I spent $10 just to barely get through Levi and Dorianes story just to be left with a cliffhanger basically because it now shifts into Landons story when i just want a good ending to Levi's story.

Fun, finished, and flavorful. Good characterization, consistent writing, and not too long. Classic arc, but the wolf part is not ‘the’ story. Characters are also not infallible so that’s refreshing. Also no ‘training’ montage, or other filler content. Good work! Thanks for the adventure.

O'Connell (Mending His Heart)

O'Connell (Mending His Heart)

ekpikaperethis man
That was the day O'Connell discovered that Ronan wasn't only a good guitarist, but also a song writer and a singer. He sat on the bed, and began playing his guitar, pausing only to write down on a sheet of paper, lyrics of songs that had popped in his head. O'Connell watched him with admiration, as he sang out few lyrics he had wrote down, with his fingers working magically on the piano. His voice was so clear and smooth, coupled with the thick Scottish accent that made everything sound so professional. Ronan would pause from time to time, to steal a glance at him. And O'Connell would quickly shut his eyes close as if he was sleeping.

Adam then leaned forward, studying the timestamps carefully. “Who had clearance?” he asked. I hesitated before speaking again. “That’s the problem,” I said. “The credentials belong to executive-tier authorization.” Ronan’s eyes narrowed dangerously. “Mine?” he asked quietly. I shook his head. “No.” He tapped the screen again and the name appeared. Executive Financial Liaison: Daniel Kessler. Lucy frowned slightly. “Who is that?” Ronan’s expression hardened instantly. “He’s been working directly under my executive transition team for six months,” Ronan said.

Claiming The Alpha

Claiming The Alpha

Cain walked to Leo and lifted him off the ground. “Ronan is an Alpha,” Cain said, his voice blank. “He needs to be accorded the respect of an Alpha even in death.” “He’s not–” “Leo!” Cain yelled, his hands digging painfully into Leo’s shoulders. “Ronan is dead.” Those three words shattered Leo completely. He crumpled against Cain’s chest, clutching his shirt and sobbing. I watched with an eerie emptiness as they lifted Ronan onto the stretcher, taking him deeper into the hospital.

“And are you sure?” I nodded. “Yes.” Zoe glanced across the cafeteria, following my gaze. Ronan was laughing, relaxed, one arm thrown over the back of his chair. Like he hadn’t just caused a minor earthquake. “He looks… different, happy” Zoe admitted reluctantly. “Don’t let the smile fool you,” Max muttered. I sighed. “He’s not pretending. He’s been trying. With school. With me.” Right on cue, Ronan looked over and caught my eye. His smile softened, just a little, like the rest of the room faded away. He lifted his chin in a silent you okay?

Marked by the Alpha: Blood Oath

Marked by the Alpha: Blood Oath

Eli I’m drinking my tea on the steps as Silvercrest men march out in single-file efficiency to “stretch their legs,” which apparently means inspecting our fences like they might sprout diamonds if they stare long enough. Ronan stands to my left, pretending to study patrol notes with Jace. He’s actually tracking the bright blue of Kieran’s coat as it crosses the yard toward us. “Do not,” Ronan says without looking up. “Define ‘do not,’” I ask innocently.
