Sirus

Chelsea POV

I was so damn pissed, why didn't Trent want me? I’m in love with him, from the moment I became a member of Silver Moon and laid my eyes on him, I knew he was the one for me. I have to have him. I slept around with a lot of men hoping to catch his attention, but he always turned me down. Dammit, he will be mine one way or another.

My brother always gives me what I want, after our father died my mom raised him. We have different mothers, he’s a few years older than I am. My mother recently died, she and brother dearest have been planning on avenging father for years now. The rogues got to her so I agreed to take my moms place.

Everything had been planned out perfectly, I just have to get Loralei alone. Soon enough the little bitch will get what she deserves. Her parents will pay the price that is now carried out to their daughter. My brother will have what he wants and I’ll be there to fix Trent’s broken heart.

Andora

Cora and Glan have been getting the palace ready for Loralei and her mates. They’re excited to finally have their granddaughter take her rightful place where she belongs.

“Glan, the coronation will be held in the smaller ballroom, the after party will be held in the large ballroom”, she explained to him.

He was using his earth manipulation gift to create beautiful benches and several beautiful floral archways. Except he was doing it in the wrong room, he laughed and made his creation disappear. “Sorry dear”, he turned to kiss her.

Orion walked into the room, a look of concern on his face, “What’s wrong?”, Glan quickly asked.

“The princess is in danger, there are two different people who will be attempting to kidnap her highness”, he said seriously.

“What!”, Cora and Glan shouted at the same time.

Sirus

Jack woke up a few hours later, he gently untangled himself from his mate. Loralei just turned and snuggled deeper into Trent, who sighed contentedly in his sleep.

Jack went to the bathroom and went about his morning routine. When he walked out, he couldn't help but stare at his beautiful mate. “I love her so much”, Marlo chimed in. “Yes we do”, he responded.

Jack stared at his sleeping mate for a few minutes, he was happy that Loralei will have two mates who love her unconditionally.

“Stop staring you creep”, Trent said sleepily, his eyes still closed.

“I can't help it, she’s perfection”, Jack chuckled.

Trent opened his hazel eyes, and stared at Loralei. “O ia nō”, he smiled as he pushed her hair away from her face. (That she is)

“I don't want to wake her up, but we have to talk to the Alpha’s and Luna’s”, Jack told Trent, his voice serious now. They needed to get to the bottom of whoever was after their mate.

“E ala pēpē”, Trent cooed into her ears. (Wake up baby)

“Noooo”, whined a tired Loralei.

“You can sleep after breakfast baby”, he tried to compromise.

“You promise?”, her sleepy voice asked.

“Yes my kukui”, he purred. (Yes my light).

Loralei sighed and reluctantly got up, making her mates chuckle.

She looked at Jack, “It’s your fault I’m so tired”, she threw a pillow at him.

“I didn't hear you complaining little minx”, he teased her.

Loralei turned red, the guys couldn't help but laugh at how shy she was. She looked at Trent and smiled, “Hey handsome, when did you get here?”, she raised her eyebrow in question.

“Since early morning, I enjoyed having you in my arms”, he winked playfully at her.

Realization dawned on her, “Oh, that’s why I slept even more peacefully”, she stood up and walked to the bathroom.

She knew that she was naked, but she didn't care. She was to tired, hungry, and sore. Both men groaned at seeing her nakedness. After doing her business she dressed in a pair of leggings and one of Jacks big T-shirts. She walked out the bathroom to see her mates talking seriously, “Everything okay?”, she asked.

“Perfect”, they said at the same time.

“Lets go to your parents house to eat”, Jack said grabbing her hand.

“After the morning meeting we can see the house I chose for us to live in”, Trent added changing the topic.

Loralei squealed in excitement, although they’d only be staying at their new home for a couple of days until they moved to Andora, she was excited. She planned on keeping the house as theirs, for when they visited Silver Moon.

She grabbed both her mates hands and teleported to the house, straight into the kitchen. She moaned at the smell of all the food, “I’m starving”, she quickly went to the table and began serving herself. She barely glanced at anybody, the Alpha’s looked at their daughters mates, their sons had informed them of the conversation they had a few hours ago.

They nodded their heads in respect, knowing that everyone but Loralei knew. The Luna’s looked at Loralei and smiled, they just wanted her to live a life free of bloodshed and hurt.

Everyone sat down and ate, “I’m going to the mall with Ava and Aria after lunch”, Loralei announced.

“Okay, but one of your mates, Shane, and Jared will be joining you three”, Xander said, leaving no room for discussion.

The girls nodded in understanding, they’re used to having someone with them at all times.

“Now that everyone is done eating, we have an important matter to discuss, let's go to my office”, Xander stood up and walked away. Everyone followed him into the huge office and took a seat.

Soon enough the office was filled with the royal family, their mates, their bodyguards, and high ranking officials. “What is going on and why do I feel that everyone knows but me?”, Loralei asked annoyed, looking at everyone in the room.

“We all just found out a few hours ago and we didn't want to wake you honey”, Selene said quickly to calm her daughter down. She looked at her mother suspiciously and sat between her mates.

Xander cleared his throat, “Loralei sweetheart, we have just been informed that there will be an attempted kidnapping, you are the target”, Xander started.

“Before you say anything please listen to what we know so far”, Xavier added.

She nodded her head, her parents, Jack, and Trent explained to her all that they knew so far. Once they were done she took a few minutes to process it all.

“Okay, well the best course of action is to let them get as close to me as possible”, she said, everyone began growling not liking what she just suggested.

“Mine, my mate”, Marlo and Magnus grabbed her at the same time. “It’s the only plan that will get us close enough to catch the kidnapper. Now that we know, we can come up with a plan and set a trap”, she said. Although what she said is true and made for a good plan, no one liked the thought of her getting close to her kidnapper.

“If we do this, you will follow exactly how your fathers and I plan it, do you understand?”, Theo asked seriously.

Theo is strategic, he could make this plan work but they had to proceed with caution. Especially since they don't know who the perpetrator is. “Mom, can you think of anyone, Jack saw that this person wanted me as some sort of revenge”, Loralei was trying to come up with a list of possible suspects.

“If I had to go through the list of all the people I killed or supernaturals who were killed in battle or war, well the list would be long enough to wrap around the damn Earth. Not to mention the ones killed by your father’s, Aunt, and even at your brothers hands.

Although they were living in relatively peaceful times, they would still have dealt with the occasional rogues, pack traitors, and even other pack or kingdom disputes. There is no way for them to know who the man in Jack’s vision is, at least not without more information.

Just then Cora, Glan, and Orion appeared in the room. They looked around, knowing something was wrong. “I’m glad you all are here, Orion had a vision”, Cora said, quickly getting to the point. Orion stepped forward and told everyone about the vision he had.

Jack and Trent were now fighting their animal forms for control, Marlo and Magnus were not happy at the thought of not just one, but now two perpetrators who wanted to kidnap their mate.

Loralei just sat down calmly, deep in thought of who might be so angry at her mom to want to kidnap her. Mariana dropped the floor in pain, her screams making everyone take a defensive position. Lee quickly went to his mates side, “Mar, baby, talk to me”, he tried.

Selene bent down next to her best friend, she placed her hand on her head to help alleviate her pain and dive into her mind.

After what felt like hours but was just a few minutes Selene and Marina came to. “Xander and Xavier were by their mate, Nahla was holding her sisters hand. “What did she see?”, Nahla asked her sister.

Mariana was panting, exhausted from the vision she just had and Selene turned pale. “He’s back, he wants our daughter”, was all she said.

Immediately her mates growled, “Who wants our daughter”, they both growled.

Mariana looked at her son, she sent her vision to Jack who growled in anger. “Someone tell me what the fuck is going on!”, Loralei growled out.

She was usually so calm, but everyone was acting like they couldn’t fucking speak and not telling her what they saw.

“Jack is ready to ascend to Head Advisor, the pain I felt was the power transfer”, Mariana started. “But I also had a vision”, she looked at Selene to continue.

“His name is Sirus, he’s the bastard son of Silas”, she said. Everyone growled out in anger, Silas had tried to kidnap Selene because of his obsession with her mother Cora. He had worked with the evil Rogue King, before he died by Cora’s hands. Everyone knew of the war that happened nearly two decades ago.

“He wants revenge, he wants me”, Loralei said out loud.
